A: No. This studio offers a variety of yoga classes, from beginner to intermediate, you can find the right yoga class, and instructor to fit your personal style and fitness needs.
60 min Restorative Flow Yoga Prices Vary $15 Drop-in, $12 Package
Restorative Flow Yoga is currently available weekly on Tuesdays, taught by Julie Lomax focuses on slowly warming up joints and muscles before continuing into a gentle yoga sequence. This 60 min class is perfect for those who are new to Yoga, those who may be recovering from injuries, or individuals with physical limitations. Julie has over 900 hours of expertise as a Yoga Therapist to guide you safely into the yoga sequences, or instruct specific modifications to the individual. This small group size class offers a safe - judgment-free environment to welcome all individuals to practice yoga for heal and wellness. Mats, and modification tools are provided for this class.

60 min Yoga Therapy Private Session $75 (Spring Promo $60)
Yoga Therapy is a private one-on-one session with Yoga Therapist, Julie Lomax at the Radiant Life Studio. This therapeutic session is tailored to each student’s specific needs and goals for health and wellness, and design a specific plan of action for forward progression. Yoga Therapy uses movement, breath, sound, meditation, and self study to empower individuals to create their own wellness. Focuses of Yoga Therapy include change habits, and stress reduction. When you can quiet the nervous system, the body, mind, and spirit can begin to heal itself. Julie looks at all areas of life, including health history, work, nutrition, and helps to visualize personal goals, and how to gently implement new positive habits, including the incorporation of Yoga for balance. Yoga Therapy is a holistic healing model - it looks at the whole person and how the systems are all intertwined.

Leah Richards is a 200 hour certified yoga instructor through Core Power Yoga, a trained Reiki Practitioner, and a Licensed Massage Therapist. She teaches: Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Flow Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and Yin Yoga.

60 min 7 Week Plus Size Yoga w/ Chakra Education Series $85
Begins Monday June 10th, 5-6pm, Class size of 7.
Yoga is for everyone, should empower everyone, and be accessible to everyone! This size inclusive series will focus on creating movement and flexibility within the body and mind. Each class in the 7 week series will center on opening and connecting to one of the major chakras.
We will start at the root chakra and work are way upward. Modifications, yoga props, and different pose options will be offered throughout this seven week series. This is a beginner friendly, no experience needed, all size inclusive yoga class.

Available for the Latin community, or Bilingual speakers, enjoy this beginner Restorative flow yoga en Espanol! Restorative flow yoga style all about slowing down and opening your body through passive stretching. During the long holds of restorative yoga, however, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply. It's a unique feeling because props, rather than your muscles, are used to support your body. All props, blocks, straps, blankets, pillows, bolsters, and yoga mats are included in this class.
