Free Virtual Perinatal Support Circle Class

60 mins | Sound Bath & Reiki Reset | Wellness on the Lake | $22

Join me lakeside at Lake Holiday in Sandwich, IL for a relaxing Reiki + Sound Bath experience designed to help you slow down, reset, and reconnect.

We’ll begin with gentle grounding and Reiki for energetic balance, followed by an immersive sound bath using crystal and metal singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and other vibrational instruments.

This small-group experience is beginner-friendly and created to support deep relaxation, stress relief, nervous system regulation, emotional reset, and a greater sense of calm and connection.

Come as you are, get comfortable by the water, and enjoy a little time to simply rest, receive, and recharge.

This circle offers a welcoming place to connect, share what you are experiencing, ask questions, or simply listen. Nicole may incorporate Reiki to support chakra balance and sound bowls to encourage relaxation and nervous system regulation, while Christine brings compassionate, perinatal mental-health support to the conversation.

Michelle will guide a supportive journaling experience, followed by a sound bath with Alani. Together, these practices offer space to reflect, release mental clutter, and reconnect with your intentions.

Moms’ Sound Bath

Sunday, August 30 | 4:00 PM | $30

A sound bath created especially for moms who need time to pause, receive, and recharge. Come as you are and enjoy a peaceful hour centered on relaxation, nervous-system support, and connection with yourself.

All experiences are held at Radiant Life Holistic Wellness Center in Naperville, Illinois. Space is limited, and advance registration is required.

Nicole Jakubiak, LMT, Holy Fire Usui Karuna Reiki Master Teacher, Acasma Quantum Energy Facilitator

10 hr Total | Usui Reiki I and II Attunement with Nicole J.   | $550

In Level I, you’ll learn the foundations of Reiki, receive a Holy Fire Reiki attunement, and focus on self-healing practices and the basics of energy work. Level II builds on this knowledge with advanced techniques for distance healing and working with others. This level includes a Reiki II attunement in the Holy Fire Reiki style, enriched with Sound Bowl Therapy, and comes with a comprehensive Reiki Student Manual. The course is offered in a two-day format, totaling 10 hours.
