What is Energy work?
Energy work comes in many forms, and Reiki is one of the many powerful types of energy work. It helps balance the chakras, aura (the energy field surrounding the body), and meridians, while clearing emotions, grounding the body, and calming the nervous system. The chakra system plays a key role in coordinating balance within our physical, emotional, and spiritual lives. What Is Sound Bowl Therapy?
Sound bowl therapy is a personalized session that uses the tones and vibrations of singing bowls to create a calming experience. You rest comfortably while your practitioner plays bowls around you, adjusting the sound to your preferences and comfort.
At Radiant Life, sound bowl therapy can be enjoyed on its own or combined with massage, Reiki, or other holistic bodywork. Unlike a group sound bath, an individual session is tailored to your needs and may begin with a discussion of your goals.
No meditation experience is needed—simply listen, breathe naturally, and allow yourself to rest.

Nicole offers a personalized energy balancing session with a combination of Reiki or Acasma Quantum Energy with sound bowl therapy. The experience begins with a guided meditation, enhanced by crystal therapy, a 7-crystal chakra NIR infrared heat mat, PEMF, negative ion balancing, and Photon light therapy, and soothing aromatherapy. Tibetan metal bowls are placed directly on the body, generating multi-tonal frequencies that balance the chakras and create a massage-like effect. This promotes lymphatic drainage, releases stuck energy, and supports deep clearing and healing at both the physical and energetic levels.
The second portion of the session can include one or more other modalities. Each session is uniquely designed to the individual and their goals.

Distance Pet Reiki & Sound Therapy
A gentle virtual wellness session for pets and their people, offered from the comfort of home. Sessions may include distance Reiki, therapeutic singing bowls, and grounding practices to support relaxation, comfort, connection, and a calmer environment.
Pet Reiki may be especially supportive during times of change or stress, including moving, introducing a new baby or pet, separation anxiety, illness or recovery alongside veterinary care, aging, grief, or end-of-life transitions. It can also be used simply as a peaceful wellness experience for pets who benefit from staying in their own familiar environment.
Pet parents are welcome to participate too. The session can offer a chance to slow down, breathe, rest beside your pet, and share a quiet moment of connection — which may be especially meaningful during stressful, emotional, or transitional times.
Sessions are offered live through Zoom with Nicole Jakubiak, LMT, Reiki Master Teacher.

The practice of sound baths aims to induce shifts in brainwave states by harmonizing fluctuating brainwaves with a stable frequency. This synchronization allows the brainwave to reallocate, leading to transitions between different states of consciousness: Beta (normal waking consciousness), Alpha (relaxed consciousness), Theta (meditative state), and Delta (sleep, where internal healing can occur). While meditation typically achieves such regulation through breath, sound frequency acts as the catalyst influencing these shifts.

A Karuna Ki Reiki session with Paige activates the “compassionate heart reiki” for balance and healing. Paige helps to to guide the flow of energy through the chakras for balance. Energy balancing sessions may also focus on the deeper energy clearing level which will be reviewed at the end of the session . A summary of the visit and each of the chakra will be share following the visit. This report is specific to the individual, and can fluctuate between each session, so you may always have a different report based on the state of the chakras at that time.
She holds certifications for grief and emotional work in perinatal and postnatal loss, but does not exclusively facilitate Reiki for grief work. Her extensive experience as a Death Doula, or End of Life Care Facilitator also helps her to navigate through emotional release that may be experienced during an energy balancing session. Cheryl’s sessions offer a gentle, heart-centered energy healing experience designed to create space for relaxation, reflection, and energetic balance. Using Reiki together with her Emerald Heart Light Essence work, Cheryl creates a calm, supportive setting where you can simply rest and receive.
During a session, you remain fully clothed while relaxing comfortably.
