Himalayan Singing Bowl Massage incorporates bowls during a massage for an enhanced experience. In a Vibrational Toning experience, the practitioner vocalizes specific frequencies to promote healing and balance for the client. Tuning Fork Therapy applies calibrated metal forks for relaxation and energy alignment. Gong Bath offers an immersive experience believed to have profound effects on physical and emotional well-being. Drumming Therapy promotes stress reduction, improved focus, and emotional expression through rhythmic drumming. This Reiki session is facilitated by Nicole, three styles of Reiki are incorporated. It beginning with a guided meditation, called a Holy Fire Reiki Experience. Holy Fire Reiki is a higher vibration of energy-work, flowing through to balance and clear the most important aspects within our timeline needing balance and healing. Traditional Tibetan + Japanese Usui Reiki and Karuna Reiki styles are also incorporated, along with Tibetan Crystal and Metal sound bath, crystals, and aromatherapy or smudging.

Nicole tailors this Reiki and sound healing session to your wellness goals, beginning with a Holy Fire Karuna Reiki guided meditation. She combines Usui, Holy Fire, and Karuna Reiki styles, infusing crystal Quartz and metal Tibetan bowl sounds directly on the body's chakras. The bowls aim to clear stagnant energy, provide gentle muscle and fascia tissue massage, encourage lymphatic fluid flow, release emotions, and balance chakras. The session includes smudging, crystal placement, an Amethyst and Tourmaline crystal-infused Infrared therapeutic heat mat, Joov redlight therapy, and essential oils treatments. Techniques like Raindrop or Aromatouch, enhance the experience, concluding with foot reflexology, back massage, and additional sound healing with metal bowls, and a heated compress over the back. A Fertility-focused treatment includes a heated essential oil infused castor oil pack placed over the belly, along with gentle abdominal massage.

Soundbath is an ancient Tibetan medical healing modality for thousands of years, traditionally bowls made of 9 or more metals. However, other instruments can be used in sound healing such as: quartz crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, drums, or gongs which are tuned to a specific frequency for healing parts of the physical or energy bodies.

Sound baths help to facilitate shifts in our brainwave state by synchronizing fluctuating brainwaves through a stable frequency the brainwave then can reallocate to. Through sound frequency we can transition our brain to function on different levels: Beta state (normal waking consciousness), Alpha (relaxed consciousness), Theta (meditative state) , or Delta (sleep; where internal healing can occur).

In meditation we can achieve this regulation through breath, but sound frequency is the acting agent which influences the shift.
